Bluesupply.asia has made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND DISPLAY
- Bluesupply.asia strives to display product colors, details, and descriptions as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will precisely reflect the actual product color or appearance upon delivery.
- All sizes and measurements are approximate and based on standard European sizing unless otherwise stated. Refer to our size guide for assistance. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee exact measurements.
- We reserve the right to correct errors in product information, pricing, or promotions and may refuse orders affected by such errors.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS AND DESIGN RIGHTS
- Customers may submit their own designs or design ideas for customized team kits. Bluesupply.asia will produce products based on these submissions or create designs according to customer specifications.
- By submitting a design or design idea, you grant bluesupply.asia the right to use 3D mock-ups of the design for promotional purposes, including display on our website, social media, or other marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You warrant that any submitted designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Bluesupply.asia is not liable for any claims arising from customer-provided designs.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND MODIFICATIONS
- Once you receive your order confirmation email, no changes can be made to the order. Please verify all details, including designs, sizes, and quantities, before confirming your order.
SHIPPING TERMS AND COSTS
- General Shipping Term: All orders are shipped Ex Works (ExW) Hong Kong, meaning the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, risks, and arrangements from our facility in Hong Kong.
- DAP Option: Upon completion of production, we may offer Delivered at Place (DAP) terms, with shipping costs calculated and communicated to the customer. DAP terms exclude duties and taxes (see Section 5).
- Shipping Times:
– Complimentary shipping within Hong Kong takes approximately 30-35 business days from order confirmation.
– In-store collection is available upon request.
– Express shipping options are available for an additional fee, quoted upon request.
– Overseas shipping times and costs depend on order quantity and destination and will be confirmed after production. - Express Shipping Fees: We offer discounted express shipping rates for overseas orders. These fees must be paid in full before shipment.
- Duties and Taxes: All duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Bluesupply.asia accepts:
– Bank Transfer
– PayPal (visit paypal.com to register for an account) - Full payment, including any applicable shipping fees, is required before production or shipment, as specified in the order confirmation.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted for quality issues or production defects.
- To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with evidence of the issue (e.g., photos). Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Non-customized products (if applicable) may be eligible for returns under separate terms, communicated at the time of purchase.
LIABILITY
- Bluesupply.asia is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or customer-provided design errors.
- Our liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
