Bluesupply wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please try on clothing to see if it fits but for hygiene reasons please wear clean clothing underneath the garment. If your clothing purchase is the incorrect size we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange based on the following requirements:
All garments that are returned/exchanged items must be new, unworn and unwashed with all clothing tags still attached to garments. If you have removed the tags, unfortunately, we will be unable to accept the return. Garments must be returned with original packaging.
Returns: Garments must not been worn and returned with original packaging and labels in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt by postal delivery. You must first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and fill out our return form.
Exchanges: Garments must not been worn and returned with original packaging and labels in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt by postal delivery. You must first contact us at email@example.com and fill out our return form.
All postage costs for returning items will be at your expense unless there is a factory defect. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for complete details.
Notice: Bluesupply is void of all responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. Bluesupply highly recommends postal insurance and tracking services when sending the items.
Once we have received the returned products, Bluesupply will inspect the garment and follow up accordingly. Once approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed and you will be notified. Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.
Please ensure that you refer to our sizing charts for better understanding of fit. Sizing is based on standard North American size charts.
